Community-Centric Economic Development

Our Team

The extensive knowledge and education of SICOG's Community Economic Development team ensures successful services related to development and planning, management assistance, and other key activities.

Krystal Harmon

Picture
 Krystal is our Community and Economic Development Director. She is a native of Grace, Idaho and loves the smell of harvest and country stores. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. She comes to SICOG with extensive funding experience, collaborative problem solving, project administration, and a deep understanding of rural communities. Krystal worked for several years for the Portneuf Soil and Water Conservation District, SEICAA and in the private sector.
Outside of the office you will often find Krystal at a youth sporting event or volunteering in the community.

Amanda Collins

Picture
Amanda was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho.  She is an ISU graduate with a Bachelor's in Mass Communications.  She has experience working in public relations, conflict resolution and community outreach.  She is enthusiastic about helping people in Southeast Idaho, and spends her free time with her family.

Emma Morton

Picture

Emma Morton moved to Caldwell, Idaho, with her family when she was 10 years old. She comes to Pocatello with her husband after living in the Portland Metro area for five years as he returns to Idaho State University. Emma has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Government with an emphasis in International Policy; her passion is working with people and communities to find solutions to local issues. In her spare time, Emma enjoys exploring new places or having some down-time with her husband and puppy.

Charity Staggs

Picture
​Charity is our Grant Administrator; she was born in South Carolina into an adventurous military family and continued her own adventures before she finally settled down in Pocatello, Idaho. She received a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology at Lewis-Clark State College. She has played the flute since elementary school, and continues to play in various venues today. She has many interests, but most of has a passion for being involved in the community and helping people become the best they can be.
